ABOUT THIS POLICY

Synamedia Holdings Limited and subsidiary companies (herein referred to as “we” or “our”) strive to act ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings to protect the human rights of workers, both within our business and supply chains. We are absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking within our corporate activities.

OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

We operate several policies and procedures which reflect our commitment to acting properly in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls.

Our key policies and procedures which contribute to minimising the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our organisation and our supply chain include:

  • Employee Code of Conduct – Synamedia’s code makes clear to employees the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing Synamedia. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour when operating abroad and managing our supply chain.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct Synamedia is committed to ensuring that its suppliers adhere to the highest standards.
  • Whistleblowing Policy – Synamedia’s whistleblowing procedure sets out guidelines and is designed to encourage our employees to report any wrongdoings without fear of retaliation.
  • Recruitment Procedures – Synamedia operates robust recruitment procedures, including conducting eligibility to work in the UK checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
