Hitron supports Synamedia Gravity with pre-validated, standards-based TR-369 integration

Collaboration empowers broadband service providers with multi-vendor freedom, faster and scalable service orchestration

ATLANTA and DENVER 25th September 2025 – Hitron Technologies Americas and Synamedia today announced that Hitron now supports the Synamedia Gravity device and service orchestration platform through a pre-validated, standards-based TR-369 (User Services Platform) integration. This development highlights Hitron and Synamedia Gravity’s openness and interoperability, enabling broadband service providers to simplify operations, accelerate deployments, and maintain freedom of choice across multi-vendor ecosystems.

The pre-validated integration with Hitron and Synamedia Gravity eliminates the uncertainty and delays associated with custom development. With Synamedia Gravity’s agentless standards-based architecture, service providers can now rapidly deploy Wi-Fi 7 mesh routers with full orchestration capabilities, including advanced analytics, diagnostics, and device management — ensuring faster time-to-market and lower operational complexity.

“Openness and simplicity are at the core of Hitron,” said Greg Fisher, President and CTO of Hitron Technologies Americas. “With this pre-validated, standards-based TR-369 integration to Synamedia Gravity, operators can confidently deploy Hitron’s Wi-Fi 7 mesh routers and other CPE more quickly and at lower cost, while knowing their networks are built on proven interoperability that will scale with future technologies.”

Benefits of the TR-369 Pre-Validated Integration include:

  • Accelerated Deployments: Pre-validated integration reduces risk and speeds service launches.
  • Future-Proofed Flexibility: Standards-based TR-369 ensures adaptability and avoids vendor lock-in.
  • Operational Simplicity: Familiar workflows and enhanced self-service for both providers and subscribers.
  • Proven Results: Gravity deployments already show fewer truck rolls, better customer experiences, and proactive issue resolution.

The first Hitron device supported through this integration is the Wi-Fi 7 mesh router, featuring tri-band Wi-Fi 7 with EasyMesh, 10 GbE and 2.5 GbE ports, voice capabilities, and TR-369 remote management. With Hitron and Synamedia Gravity together, operators gain comprehensive control over firmware upgrades, provisioning, network topology, AI-driven Wi-Fi diagnostics, client monitoring, speed testing and real-time alerts.

“Broadband service providers no longer need to choose between speed and flexibility,” said Patricia Kellaghan, senior director of product management for Synamedia Gravity. “Our agentless architecture and pre-integrated approach delivers both a complete end-to-end solution that eliminates operational complexity while providing technology freedom.”
