Synamedia aids Discovery’s cloud migration
Discovery Communications has been one of the frontrunners when it comes to cloud migration. Back in 2017, the content firm completed the move of its US network playout to the public cloud for both VoD and live content. The move saw its US networks, including Discovery Channel, go to public cloud-based origination using an Evertz solution running within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
