Connecting tomorrow’s audience requires more than great technology. It requires the right ecosystem. At Synamedia, the combination of our innovative technology portfolio and our powerful partner network brings our just-in-time, best-of-breed approach to streaming, distribution, and monetization to life.
Together, we deliver more flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions—without locking customers into rigid, one-size-fits-all architectures.
And there’s no better place to highlight the new solutions we’ve built together than at North America’s largest broadcast show: NAB 2026. Here’s a taste of what you’ll see in booth W2851:
Innovation Corner:
Partners Amazon Web Services (AWS), InSync, Lingopal, Six Floor Solutions, and Yuzzit will be featured in our Innovation Corner in a centerpiece demonstration – AI by Quortex – that challenges the traditional model of always-on AI processing, applying intelligence only when it delivers measurable value. This is a perfect example of how we’re breaking the norms of “one-size-fits-all” to deliver more customer value.
AI by Quortex uses AWS to deliver real-time intelligence and processing capabilities for its plugins. Specifically, Amazon Bedrock’s foundation models analyze aggregated video and audio feeds for downstream applications, including content moderation, clipping, and enhanced searchability. Six Floor Solutions will generate, in real-time, the metadata tags required for deep content understanding along with live automatic clipping and highlights, while real-time processing is achieved with InSync for advanced frame rate processing, Lingopal for AI-generated, accurate real-time translating and dubbing for livestream and VOD, and Yuzzit for live clipping and automatic content verticalization.
A groundbreaking component of AI by Quortex is a new ROI definition: Region-of-Interest (ROI) compression. An AI-assisted workflow that identifies “important” areas in live video, this ROI provides time-aligned metadata to let encoders allocate bits where they matter most. This innovation utilizes AWS Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFA) technology to enable AI-based region-of-interest detection without impacting video processing instances. The result is enhanced visual quality in critical areas while optimizing bitrate efficiency.
Sports Video Distribution & D2C Streaming:
The name of the game is monetization. Roadblocks to faster revenues for content owners, broadcasters, and regional sports networks (RSNs) are often due to dependencies on different platforms for distribution, processing, and delivery, and a lack of a unified view across affiliate and D2C distribution.
Synamedia’s sports streaming demos highlight how we are rewriting that outdated playbook. From a single, unified platform, customers have full control to distribute two feeds simultaneously – one for B2B affiliate distribution and the other for D2C – regardless of varying quality or latency requirements. Customers can further benefit from these parallel monetization paths by initiating virtual ads across both feeds, along with live subtitle translations from Lingopal, built-in regionalization, and real-time visibility across all channels. This showcases secure, global scale – simplified.
CDN for content providers: scale beyond physical boundaries;
Today’s reality is that most CDNs are built for the highest possible demand. The problem is that this capacity sits idle most of the year. Another norm that can be challenged with the right architecture approach.
Enter elastic cache. It allows CDN resources to scale dynamically — only when and where needed, and only for as long as they are needed. With it, unused capacity is no longer a costly, necessary evil.
With NetActuate, we will show how our Fluid Edge CDN creates elastic caches on NetActuate infrastructure, allowing customers to deploy delivery capacity across its 45+ points of presence worldwide using Synamedia’s platform. Spinning up these caches in minutes is a unique value proposition, especially for unplanned spikes such as disaster recovery situations.
Also on display will be Orange’s CDN with Synamedia’s Quortex Switch multi-CDN platform, highlighting how content providers can adopt a flexible, scalable, multi-CDN strategy – one that doesn’t take months and millions of dollars to deliver. With this partnership, scale is reached ‘just-in-time.”
These exciting innovations are just the tip of the iceberg for Synamedia at NAB. Don’t miss your chance to see them in action. Book your NAB meeting today and together, let’s change the game.
