Role overview:

The Order Management Team has an opportunity for a highly motivated person to join the team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact for our customers and be a key contributor to the entire Quote to Cash flow.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will manage all aspects of order booking transactions in the company’s ERP system
  • You will drive order entry and related activities in a timely and accurate manner
  • You will collaborate with various internal cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • You will maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • You will help develop the internal Order Management Policies and Procedures and drive process improvements


Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • A BA degree is preferred but not essential
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Self-starter with a high sense of ownership
  • Pro-active and able to work autonomously
  • Critical thinker
  • High sense of accuracy
  • Strong customer focus and effective communication skills
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Demonstrable experience in collaborating cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
